Mahalbeya with Cream

Ingredients:

  • Milk: 6 Cups
  • Starch: 6 Tablespoons
  • 1 Pack of Prima Fresh Cream 240g
  • Mastic: 1 Teaspoon (crushed)
  • Cream: 1 Envelope (powder)
  • Blossom Water: 1 Tablespoon
  • Sugar: 1 Cup
  • Pistachios: 1/4 Cup (roughly chopped / for decoration)

How to Prepare:

  • Mix the milk with the sugar and starch in a saucepan over medium heat using the hand mixer until the sugar dissolves.
  • Add the Prima Fresh Cream 240g pack and stir until the ingredients are mixed together well.
  • Add the ground mastic, powdered cream & blossom water.
  • Stir the mixture until it starts to boil and turns into a thick creamy mixture.
  • Pour the pudding into serving cups, and put it in the fridge for 3 hours before serving.
  • When serving, decorate with pistachios and serve cold.
