Mahalbeya with Cream
Ingredients:
- Milk: 6 Cups
 - Starch: 6 Tablespoons
 - 1 Pack of Prima Fresh Cream 240g
 - Mastic: 1 Teaspoon (crushed)
 - Cream: 1 Envelope (powder)
 - Blossom Water: 1 Tablespoon
 - Sugar: 1 Cup
 - Pistachios: 1/4 Cup (roughly chopped / for decoration)
 
                        
                        
How to Prepare:
- Mix the milk with the sugar and starch in a saucepan over medium heat using the hand mixer until the sugar dissolves.
 - Add the Prima Fresh Cream 240g pack and stir until the ingredients are mixed together well.
 - Add the ground mastic, powdered cream & blossom water.
 - Stir the mixture until it starts to boil and turns into a thick creamy mixture.
 - Pour the pudding into serving cups, and put it in the fridge for 3 hours before serving.
 - When serving, decorate with pistachios and serve cold.
