
Chicken with Blue Cheese Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Kilo Chicken Fillet
- Salt, black pepper, cinnamon, ground nutmeg
- 1/2 chopped onion & 1 minced garlic clove dissolved in a spoonful of vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon of mustard, finely ground green pepper, finely chopped colored pepper
- 1 Pack of Prima Spread Cheese with Blue Cheese Flavor 240g
- 1/2 Litre Prima Cooking Cream
- 1/2 Cup Rayeb Milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or olive oil
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise


How to prepare:
- Season the chicken with a small pinch of salt, black pepper, nutmeg
- Add onion & garlic in vinegar mixture, sugar, mustard & green pepper to the seasoning and leave overnight in the fridge.
- When it is time to cook, fry the chicken on both sides in frying pan and then leave it to cool slightly until the “blue cheese” sauce is prepared.
- In a large bowl, mix pack of Prima Spread Cheese with Blue Cheese Flavor 240g, 1/2 Litre Prima Cooking Cream, rayeb milk & mayonnaise and add half the amount of “blue cheese” sauce to the chicken while reheating in the frying pan.
- Leave for a few minutes for the “blue cheese” sauce to simmer while adding the chopped colored pepper.
- Serve the chicken in a dish and add remaining half of the “blue cheese” sauce.
- Garnish with boiled corn and/or mushrooms.
