Arugula Salad with Beets and Cottage Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 Boiled beet
  • ½ sheaf Arugula
  • 1/2 Pack of Prima Cottage Cheese 400g
  • 1 Red onion 
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar 
  • 1 tablespoon of sumac 
  • Salt to taste 
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil 
  • Lemon slices
  • Handful of walnuts

 

How to prepare:

  • Chop the onion and rub it well with sumac, salt, oil and sugar to make the salad dressing.
  • Cut and mix the arugula  and the beets to make the salad.
  • Mix the dressing the salad in a serving dish and put cottage cheese & walnuts (crumbled) as desired.
