Ricotta Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- Olive oil: 5 tablespoons
 - Mushrooms: 16 pieces (large)
 - Prima Ricotta Cheese: 250 grams
 - Pesto sauce: 2 tablespoons
 - Garlic: 2 cloves (finely chopped)
 - Parmesan cheese: 2 tablespoons (grated)
 - Parsley: 2 tablespoons minced)
 - Black pepper: 1/4 of a teaspoon
 - Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
 
                        
                        
How to Prepare:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
 - Grease the oven dish with a spoonful of olive oil.
 - Clean the mushrooms and cut the stems.
 - Place the mushrooms heads upside down in the oven tray.
 - Mix the ricotta cheese with garlic, pesto sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
 - Spread the cheese mixture over the mushroom pieces in the oven tray.
 - Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
 - Place the tray in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is brown.
