Ricotta Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  •  Olive oil: 5 tablespoons
  •  Mushrooms: 16 pieces (large)
  •  Prima Ricotta Cheese: 250 grams
  •  Pesto sauce: 2 tablespoons
  •  Garlic: 2 cloves (finely chopped)
  •  Parmesan cheese: 2 tablespoons (grated)
  •  Parsley: 2 tablespoons minced)
  •  Black pepper: 1/4 of a teaspoon
  •  Salt: 1/2 teaspoon

How to Prepare:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Grease the oven dish with a spoonful of olive oil.
  • Clean the mushrooms and cut the stems.
  • Place the mushrooms heads upside down in the oven tray.
  • Mix the ricotta cheese with garlic, pesto sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the cheese mixture over the mushroom pieces in the oven tray.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Place the tray in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is brown.
