Spicy Chicken and Cheddar Sutffed Qatayef
Ingredients:
- ½ kilo Qatayef
 - ½ kilo chicken breast
 - 1 Pack Prima Spread Cheese with Jalapenos 240g
 - 1 small onion, chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, crushed
 - salt
 - 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
 - 2 tablespoons oil
 - ½ teaspoon sumac
 - ½ teaspoon ground dried basil
 - ½ teaspoon paprika
 - black pepper
 
                        
                        
How to Prepare:
- Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes.
 - Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
 - Add the chicken, salt, and black pepper, and stir until it changes color.
 - Add onions and garlic, stir for three to four minutes, then add basil, sumac, paprika, and stir well.
 - Add 1 pack Prima Spread Cheese with Jalapenos 240g to the chicken mix and stir well.
 - Cover the pot, and leave it on a low fire for 20 minutes until it thickens, stirring from time to time.
 - Add the parsley, stir well, then remove from the heat and set aside to complete the filling.
 - Put a teaspoon of the filling in the middle of each Qatayef piece.
 - Close both ends of the qatayef until it becomes cone shaped.
 - Fry the qatayef in plenty of oil until it turns golden, then serve it hot.
