Vegan Sambosa
Ingredients:
- A package of ready-made sambosa dough
 - 1 pack of Prima Vegan Spread Cheese with Plive pieces 240g
 - 1/2 cup of finely chopped parsley
 - 2 cups of oil for frying
 
                        
                        
How to prepare:
- Put half a cup of Prima Vegan Spread Cheese with olive cuts in a deep bowl, add a quarter cup of finely chopped parsley, and stir the two ingredients well.
 - Spread a packet of sambosa dough on a flat surface, covering the other slices until use so they do not dry out.
 - Put a tablespoon of the filling on the edge of the dough slice, then wrap it in a triangle shape, taking care to close the end of the sambosa by brushing it with a bit of water.
 - Repeat the previous step until the amount of the prepared filling is finished.
 - Put two cups of oil in a deep frying pan, and put it on low to medium heat until the oil is hot.
 - Fry the sambosa beads in the oil until they become golden in color, then remove them from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to get rid of the amount of oil.
 - Arrange the sambosa pieces in a suitable serving dish, then put them as a side dish on the table.
